You’ll be on the ground floor of the North America SDR team and are critical to the continued growth of the region. You will be able to help shape a validated playbook, not just run it, and partner with AEs to win new strategic customers across the region. Location: United States (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high‑quality top‑of‑funnel for your territory (North America).
- Convert signals (intent, partner intel, events, web visits) into executive‑level meetings.
- Qualify those meetings into opportunities for the AE team to close.
- Execute inbound and outbound sequences (Email, Phone, Linkedin) and maintain clean Salesforce hygiene.
- Collaborate with AEs on account strategy and outreach; share messaging and win stories with the team.
- Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting/opportunity targets; contribute ideas that improve reply rates and conversion.
