Your mission
We are hiring a Field & Demand Generation Marketing Manager to define and lead all regional marketing activities across the UK, Ireland, and France.
This role is critical to our growth strategy. You will own the regional field marketing, demand generation, and partner marketing strategy, working closely with regional sales leadership, SDRs, and partners to generate high-quality pipeline and accelerate revenue.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who understands how to translate global strategy into locally relevant, high-impact execution.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute the regional field marketing strategy for the UK, Ireland, and France
- Own and manage all regional events, including:
- Industry conferences
- Third-party thought leadership events
- Neptune-hosted events
- Executive roundtables and customer sessions
- Ensure events are aligned to regional sales priorities, industries, and target accounts
Webinars & Virtual Programs
- Plan and deliver both:
- Neptune-organized webinars
- Third-party hosted webinars (partners, communities, industry groups)
- Ensure webinars are tied to clear objectives such as pipeline creation, deal acceleration, or account engagement
- Partner closely with content, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure strong messaging and follow-up
Regional Demand Generation
- Define the local demand generation strategyfor the region, including:
- Campaign themes and objectives
- Industry or business-process focus
- Target personas and buying groups
- Build and execute end-to-end action plans, from campaign launch to sales handoff
- Align campaigns with SDR and Sales teams to ensure strong follow-up, visibility, and conversion
Partner Marketing Ownership
- Own partner marketing for the region, working closely with strategic partners
- Plan and execute:
- Co-sponsored events
- Joint campaigns
- Partner-led or co-hosted webinars
- Ensure partner marketing efforts contribute directly to pipeline and regional growth goals
Measurement & Optimization
- Track performance across events, campaigns, and partner initiatives
- Measure impact on leads, pipeline, and revenue
- Continuously optimize based on results and feedback from Sales and SDRs
