We’re expanding into Southern Europe and are hiring two Account Executives to help build our presence in the Spanish and Italian markets.
This is a role for entrepreneurial sales profiles who want to build a region, not just run a book of business. While we already have customers and active partners in both Spain and Italy, the market is still at an early stage, with significant room to grow. You’ll be responsible for turning that early traction into consistent pipeline and long-term revenue.
You’ll focus on hunting new opportunities, opening doors, and closing deals, while working closely with Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Partners to support pipeline creation and deal execution. You’ll engage directly with decision-makers—from hands-on managers to C-level leaders—and position Neptune Software as a long-term solution, not just a product.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and building a market, and who wants visibility and career progression as the region grows. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective enterprise customers in a defined territory across Southern Europe, focusing on building a high-quality pipeline.
- Partner with Marketing to execute regional demand generation campaigns and events.
- Lead strategic outreach efforts (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate meetings and new opportunities.
- Represent Neptune Software at relevant local events, user groups, and trade shows to enhance visibility and capture leads.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects through consistent, value-led communication.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations with support from Pre-Sales, tailored to customer pain points and business goals.
- Navigate the entire sales cycle—from discovery to negotiation and closing—ensuring accuracy and velocity.
- Work closely with internal teams to feedback market insights and continuously improve our go-to-market strategy.
