This role can be based in either the United Kingdom or France.
- For candidates based in the UK, this is a hybrid position, combining home working with regular collaboration at our London (Bishopsgate) office.
- For candidates based in France, this is a fully remote position.
What You’ll Do
- Customer collaboration: Work closely with account teams and customers, leveraging your technical expertise, industry knowledge, and solution-oriented mindset to design innovative solutions that deliver tangible value. This will include customer travel to build relationships, lead engagements, and deliver impactful presentations and workshops.
- Solution discovery and design: Lead technical and solution discovery workstreams, assess customer needs, define scope and success criteria, and clearly articulate the value proposition of Neptune’s platform.
- Customer engagement delivery: Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demos, proofs of value, and discovery workshops, tailoring your approach to specific customer needs and personas.
- Consultative partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through their digital transformation journeys and providing expert advice on implementation and optimisation.
- Technical expertise: Build and maintain deep subject matter expertise across Neptune’s platform and solutions, staying current with the latest features and capabilities.
- Sales enablement: Produce high-quality documentation, presentations, and resources to support sales efforts and empower the go-to-market teams.
- Customer advocacy: Gather and synthesise customer feedback, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive innovation.
- Evangelism and thought leadership: Represent Neptune at marketing events, engage with our developer communities, and deliver training and enablement sessions for partners and customers.
