As a Senior Partner Manager in our Channel & Alliances Team for the Nordics & Benelux, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across these regions. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-potential partners, foster collaboration, and drive joint marketing and sales efforts. Your leadership will be crucial in accelerating mutual growth and expanding Neptune Software’s partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partner strategy for the Nordics & Benelux region, achieving mutual revenue targets and increasing market presence.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners, including Software Resellers, System Integrators, and Boutique Partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners to drive sales and joint success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and co-marketing activities that generate pipeline.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and plan next steps.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights to management, highlighting partner performance and regional trends.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support enablement, deal acceleration, and partner growth.
Your profile
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner management within the software industry.
  • Experience working with indirect sales channels (e.g., Software Resellers, VARs, System Integrators, or Technology Consultants).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed channel sales targets in the Nordics or Benelux markets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in partner management, ideally within enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience developing and executing joint business plans with strategic partners.
  • Familiarity with software technologies, trends, and licensing models.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to drive partner enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience assessing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Bonus if you bring SAP ecosystem knowledge.
