As a Senior Partner Manager in our Channel & Alliances Team for the Nordics & Benelux, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across these regions. Your leadership will be crucial in accelerating mutual growth and expanding Neptune Software’s partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partner strategy for the Nordics & Benelux region, achieving mutual revenue targets and increasing market presence.
- Recruit and onboard new partners, including Software Resellers, System Integrators, and Boutique Partners.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners to drive sales and joint success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and co-marketing activities that generate pipeline.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and plan next steps.
- Provide accurate forecasts and insights to management, highlighting partner performance and regional trends.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support enablement, deal acceleration, and partner growth.
