As a Senior Partner Manager in our Channel & Alliances Team in DACH Region, you’ll play an important role in shaping our strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. By managing a portfolio of strategic and high-potential partners, you’ll foster collaboration, drive joint marketing and sales, and accelerate mutual growth, directly contributing to the expansion of Neptune Software’s global partner ecosystem.

- Develop and execute a Partner Strategy for DACH region, achieving mutual revenue targets and increasing market penetration.
- Recruit new partners, including Software Resellers, System Integrators, and Boutique Partners, targeting key industries.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners, providing ongoing support, enablement, and motivation to drive sales and deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement channel-specific marketing programs and campaigns, driving pipeline generation.
- Create and execute Joint Business Plans with strategic partners to align business objectives and foster mutual growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify improvement areas, and develop actionable plans.
- Provide accurate channel forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, partner activities, and market trends.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to ensure effective partner enablement and support.
