Your mission
We’re seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to be based in the UAE, with a dual focus:
This is a high impact role that blends solution, value and technical expertise with ecosystem development. You will empower partners across EMEA while being the go-to SC in the Middle East, ensuring Neptunes growth in one our emerging markets.
Location: UAE (home-based) with regular travel across the Middle East, and occasional travel across the rest of EMEA.

- Channel Technical Enablement across EMEA – scale Neptune’s impact through consistent partner engagement, technical enablement, and co-innovation
- Direct SC support for the Middle East – Act as the trusted advisor for customers and opportunities in the region, helping accelerate pipeline and partner-led growth.

What you’ll do
Channel Technical Readiness (EMEA)
- Educate and enable partners across EMEA on Neptune’s product capabilities, use cases, and value proposition
- Deliver 1:many enablement sessions and tailored workshops for strategic partners.
- Support partner recruitment and onboarding by demonstrating Neptune’s technical value, trust, and credibility. This will be especially important as we expand into new partner-first territories.
- Standardise partner engagement with a partner-facing pre-sales playbook, ensuring consistency across regions.
- Build a “virtual SC team” inside focus partners by mentoring, enabling, and sharing best practices with their technical resources, effectively making them an extension of Neptune’s SC team.
Solution Design & Co-Innovation (EMEA)
- Collaborate with partners to design accelerators, OEM offerings, and re-usable solutions
- Provide architecture guidance and validate technical designs for joint offerings
Pre-Sales Solution Consulting (Middle East)
- Act as the trusted advisor for customers in the Middle East region, supporting direct opportunities.
- Lead solution discovery, technical validation, and demo engagements tailored to local needs
- Deliver impactful workshops, proof-of-values, and presentations in collaboration with account teams
- Influence early-stage partner-led opportunities to improve pipeline visibility and conversion rates.
Internal Collaboration & Evangelism
- Collect and relay partner and customer feedback to product and engineering
- Advocate for co-innovation opportunities internally and drive roadmap alignment
- Work closely with the channel team, sales, and marketing to align strategy & messaging
- Build a community of partner SC’s, sharing best practices, demo scenarios, and reusable assets, fostering a sense of one unified team across Neptune and its ecosystem
