We are now expanding in the BENELUX region and are looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Account Executive to join our Direct Sales Team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business by identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value opportunities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Partner teams to support your pipeline and leverage your strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels—from operational managers to C-level executives.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage enterprise customers across the BENELUX region, with a focus on building a strong, high-quality pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation campaigns and regional events
- Lead strategic outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to secure meetings and generate new opportunities
- Represent Neptune Software at industry events, user groups, and trade shows across BENELUX to boost brand visibility and lead generation
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospects through consistent and value-driven communication
- Conduct tailored product demos together with Solutions Consulting, addressing specific customer pain points
- Own the entire sales cycle—from discovery to negotiation and closing—with accuracy, speed, and a customer-first mindset
- Share market insights with internal teams to continuously refine our go-to-market strategy and product positioning
