As a Senior Account Executive in our Direct Sales Team in the DACH territory, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Swiss market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales, leveraging support from the marketing and solutions consulting teams to generate leads. Your ability to engage both end-users and C-level stakeholders will be essential to growing our footprint and success in the region.
Since sales is inherently social, this role requires a confident, outgoing, and extroverted individual who is comfortable networking and building relationships in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities
- Drive customer prospecting and lead generation across key segments to build a strong and qualified sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute demand generation campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Execute cold outreach strategies through personalized email and phone communications to engage potential customers
- Attend, organize, and sponsor relevant local and regional events (such as ASUG, Special Interest Groups, Neptune-hosted events, and trade shows) to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Nurture leads through regular, high-touch engagement—via email, phone, and in-person meetings—to build lasting relationships
- Deliver impactful product demos independently and with the Solutions Consulting team, tailored to the customer's business needs
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle with momentum and accuracy, bringing deals to successful closure
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to continuously refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies based on feedback from the market
