Your mission

We're in search of an accomplished person to step into a new critical role, guiding our customers on an engaging journey through the development, utilization, and seamless integration of the Neptune DX Platform. Your primary mission? To ignite their technical capabilities empowering them to unlock the full potential and value offered by the Neptune DX Platform.

We're on the lookout for an individual with exceptional technical proficiency and a flair for creative problem-solving. As such, we are in search of an individual with exceptional technical proficiency coupled with a strong passion for creative problem-solving.

Your profile

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Neptune Software's low-code platform to meet client-specific needs.
Collaborating on strategies to continually enhance the customer experience by identifying innovative ways to add value.
Advising clients on optimizing their business processes using Neptune Software's applications to drive efficiency and productivity.
Assisting clients with configuring Neptune Software's solutions to align with their specific business requirements and industry standards.
Providing expert guidance on SAP integration, ensuring seamless compatibility with Neptune Software’s solutions.
Effectively communicating with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
Managing issues related to implementation, configuration, or usage of Neptune Software's solutions, particularly in SAP environments.
Delivering training sessions and ongoing support to ensure clients can effectively utilize Neptune Software's tools and solutions.
Directing complex issues to the engineering team when necessary, while actively monitoring progress and responses to incidents.
Staying up-to-date with Neptune Software’s product updates, SAP advancements, and ABAP developments to provide expert guidance.

Experience/competencies and education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience working in technical roles.
Extensive SAP knowledge (must-have).
JavaScript knowledge (nice-to-have).
Proven ability to understand complex customer software landscapes.
Advanced communication and writing skills.
